What do the rates cover?
Content updates cover replacing existing website text and photos, without code changes or new features.
Development and technical work include website, application and firmware programming, and agreed device and network configuration and diagnostics. The exact task is specified in the quote.
How do we agree on the work and billing?
An hour is the billing unit. Hourly work is billed according to recorded time. Scope, estimated work and costs are agreed before starting. A project may have a fixed price; extra work outside the quote is agreed separately.
Equipment, materials, licences, hosting, domains and travel are not included in the hourly rate. If required, they are listed in the quote before you accept it.
Kodara is not registered for VAT. VAT is not added to the listed prices.
